So THIS Is Who Drake Was Talking About

I guess I might as well start boring you all tonight. I'm currently spinning a band called The Very Best. They came out with a mixtape last year called "Esau Mwamwaya and Radioclit Are The Very Best" and it was an amazing fifteen track mixed and chopped up album. There was plenty of sampling as expected but not many other tapes around there can say they borrowed from M.I.A. and Hans Zimmer on the same album. They aren't a run of the mill dirty pop mash up band or anything, they have a heavy tropical African base to all of their songs. What else would you expect from a guy from Malawi and a London based producer. Their new album's title track, "Warm Heart Of Africa" is incredibly catchy due in part by guest vocalist Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend. Enjoy.

The Loop

So, I've decided to start a blog basically out of boredom. I started one a few months ago to complain and cry about a relationship that I was in that fell apart but I stopped writing in it after I got her back. I lost her again but I don't really want to write in it again because it isn't going to help. This one's going to be about worthless things. Most, if not all of the entries will deal prodominantly with what I'm currently listening to, how terrible my job is, or Morrissey, and/or The Smiths so if you aren't interested in any of those topics, I suggest you hit the back button on your web browser and go back to FML or MLIA. Enjoy.
